Artsakh President holds consultation
On February 28, Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held a consultation with the supreme command staff of the NKR Defense Army at the head of Defense Minister Movses Hakobyan.
Issues related to the army building, situation along the line of contact between Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces and amelioration of social conditions of servicemen were discussed at the consultation, Artsakh President's press service reports.
