Armenian chess players scored victories in the 7th round of the Aeroflot Open Chess Festival's A tournament in Moscow.
Chess master Hrant Melkumyan won Hungarian Chaba Balog, Karen H. Grigoryan won Indian chess master Chanda Sandipan, and Vladimir Hakobyan won Iranian Eshan Ghaem.
After scoring their victories, they scored 5, 4.5 and 4 points respectively and are currently in the 5th, 21st and 34th places respectively.
