Reshuffle in Defense Ministry
Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to appoint Ara Babayan judge of the Administrative Court of Appeal. By another presidential decree, Babayan was relieved of his duties as judge of the Administrative Court.
Serzh Sargsyan also signed a decree to relieve Aram Ter-Sahakyan of his duties as Chief of Military Police at the Ministry of Defense and to appoint Colonel Armen Sahakyan instead.
