Seyran Ohanyan receives Ambassador
RA Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan on December 22 received outgoing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Greece to Armenia Ioannis Corinthios.
Seyran Ohanyan expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for his contribution to the development of the Armenian-Greek military partnership and wished him success in his future diplomatic mission.
During the meeting, the sides registered with content that the cooperation between Armenia and Greece had developed in the spheres of military instruction, peacekeeping, military production, military medicine and other spheres.
Seyran Ohanyan appreciated the experience and skills that Armenian peacekeepers gained under the command of Greek commanders in Kosovo and mentioned that even though Greece was reducing the number of peacekeepers in Kosovo, there are still great perspectives for the development of the Armenian-Greek military partnership in other directions.
