Azerbaijan loses 7 soldiers
According to operative data from the Defense Army, the opponent violated the ceasefire regime nearly 270 times on the line of contact of the Karabakhi-Azerbaijani armed forces last week.
The frontline subdivisions of the Azerbaijani army shot more than 1,500 times toward the Karabakhi positions with types of arms of different diameters.
"The attacks along the line of the line of contact by the Azerbaijani armed forces go to show once again that the official Baku not only doesn't respect the world's efforts for a peaceful resolution of the conflict, but is also taking steps to deepen the tension on the line of contact. This is something that compels the Karabakhi side to be coarser in its current and future actions and adequate in its responses.
It should be emphasized that last week, as promised, the Armenian side took punitive actions after the loss of two victims. According to the Defense Army's studies, the Azerbaijani army lost 7 soldiers and had one injured after the Karabakhi forces' preventive actions on November 20-25.
It is clear that the official Baku is refraining from publishing the facts in order to keep the country and the armed forces away from political and social upheaval. However, according to reliable sources, the authorities of the given countr demand concrete explanations from the Ministry of Defense regarding what happened," reports the Defense Army's Press and Propaganda Department.
