Any case of discrimination to be punished
The National Assembly's Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs today discussed the draft bill on ensuring equal rights and opportunities for men and women.
The bill was initiated by Filaret Berikyan, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs.
The draft law aimed at preventing sex discrimination and fixing punishment for each case of discrimination, said the deputy minister.
