Minor earthquake hits Sisian
A 2.5 magnitude earthquake centered about 33 km southwest of the town of Sisian hit Armenia at 11.54a.m., November 25.
The force of the epicenter, which was at the death of 5 km, was 3, said the National Seismic Defense Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The Service also reports that aftershocks continue in Turkey after the October 23 earthquake that hit the country's eastern province of Van. Over 1663 aftershocks of magnitude 3-5 have been recorded in the earthquake-stricken area as of November 25.
The 7.1 magnitude earthquake killed more than 600 people and destroyed some 2 650 buildings.
