Serzh Sargsyan awards outgoing head o OSCE Yerevan Office
Serzh Sargsyan received Head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan Sergey Kapinos, who is completing his mission in our country. The Armenian leader thanked Mr. Kapinos for the productive activity throughout his tenure in office and attached importance to the programs the OSCE Yerevan Office implements in different spheres, saying they contribute to the process of reforms in the country.
Mr. Kapinos thanked Serzh Sargsyan for his support to the OSCE mission and political will to promote various problems and reforms in state governance, environmental protection, education, the police and defense systems.
Serzh Serzh Sargsyan awarded Sergyey Kapinos with a ‘Mkhitar Gosh' medal for for his contribution to disseminating OSCE principles in Armenia.
