Armenia shows unstable game in Turkey
After smashing England (4:0), Armenia lost to Kazakhstan (1,5:2,5) in the 9th round of the World Youth Y16 Olympiad in Turkey. After the defeat, Armenia dropped to the 2nd position with 25 points.
After beating Malaysia 3,5:0,5, Russia took the lead with 26.5 points.
In round 10, Armenia will face Kyrgyzstan, which comes 8th with 19.5 points. To gain a medal, Armenian chess players need to score minimum three points.
