Armenia to provide 40 tons of assistance to Turkey
On October 27, Armenia officially received the appeal for help from the Turkish government through the Turkish Red Crescent and the Euro-Atlantic Center for Coordinating Response to Disasters.
This evening, representatives of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations will transfer the Armenian government's 40 tons of load, including tents, sleeping bags, blankets and bed accessories via an Il-76 plane to Izmir, Turkey.
Additional information regarding the flight and hour will be provided later, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
