Armenia 46th in FIFA rankings
On October 19, FIFA published the national rankings, where Armenia takes the 46th position with 608 points. Armenia has dropped by two points compared to the previous FIFA rankings.
In the last two months, Armenia has held two matches against Macedonia and Ireland.
Yerevan-hosted match against Macedonia ended with Armenia's victory 4:1. The team lost to Ireland 1:2 in Dublin earlier in October.
Spain is leading the FIFA ranking, followed by Holland and Germany.
Armenia's former rival Russia is 13th, while Ireland climbed to the 25th position from the 29th.
