Armenian officers receive new apartments
Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan attended on Tuesday an official opening of a residential building for 16 officers who serve the Armed Forces. The ceremony was held in the city of Etchmiadzin.
Congratulating the residents, Ohanyan noted that social security issues, including housing of military servicemen and their families are among the Defense Ministry's priorities, as well as in the limelight of the state.
After the opening ceremony, the officers hosted the Minister in their apartments. Getting acquainted with the housing conditions and works carried out, Minsiter Ohanyan stated with delight that the officers' apartments meet modern standards and are equipped with all necessary conveniences, MoD press service reported.
