Artsakh President awards medals of gratitude
President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed decrees on awarding medals of gratitude to benefactors who contributed to Artsakh's strengthening.
According to the NKR President's press office, benefactor Aram Izmailyan was awarded for large-scale charity activities and Volodya Babayan was awarded for the restoration of Shushi-based Cathedral of the Redeemer.
The medals were given on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of Nagorno-Karabakh's independence.
