Former soldiers turned rescuers
President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on September 15 had a meeting with a group of officials who have been released from the defense army and are getting accepted to work for the rescue service.
The President attached importance to the need for ensuring former soldiers with adequate jobs and mentioned that their knowledge and experience would have a positive impact on raising the level of efficiency of the structure's activities.
The head of state underlined that ensuring work for reserve officers would be in the center of the government's attention.
Participating in the meeting were the President's chief of staff, Secretary of the Security Council Marat Musayelyan, Deputy Minister of Defense, President of the "Artsakh Freedom Fighters Union" Samvel Karapetyan and Head of the Rescue Service Artur Harutyunyan.
