Germany is important for Armenia
Serzh Sargsyan today received the delegation of the Germany-South Caucasus parliamentary group of the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Greeting the participants of the meeting, Serzh Sargsyan mentioned that he attached great importance to the visit of the representative delegation to Armenia as a step aimed at raising the level of mutual recognition and deepening the mutual confidence between both countries.
Sargsyan underlined that Armenia attaches importance to the strengthening and deepening of relations with Germany and highly appreciated the mutual visits of high-levels, as well as the bilateral efforts aimed at strengthening relations between Armenia and Germany. Serzh Sargsyan thanked the German government for showing support to Armenia in cooperation and different spheres.
The interlocutors also attached importance to the role of inter-parliamentary cooperation in the strengthening of relations between both countries, reports the President's press service.
