Armenia will respond
On July 18, RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan had a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov by the Russian side's initiative.
During the conversation, issues related to the current stage of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution were discussed.
Edward Nalbandyan and Sergey Lavrov discussed the possibilities for putting in additional efforts to create a favorable atmosphere for negotiations.
The ministers touched upon the fulfillment of agreements on the strengthening of confidence in the ceasefire regime and the military sphere, the solutions to all disputed issues and the investigations into possible incidents on the line of contact that were reached during the meetings of the Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Serzh Sargsyan, Dmitry Medvedev and Ilham Aliyev in Astrakhan in October 2010 and in Sochi in March 2011.
Armenia's Foreign Minister informed his Russian counterpart that in the next couple of days, the RA President would respond to the Russian President's July 8 message.
