Soil brought from missionaries’ tombs
Today at 12:30 the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute will hold a solemn ceremony for consolidating the soil brought from the tombs of notable Scandinavian missionaries Maria Jakobsen and Alma Johansen in the Memorial Wall of the Armenian Genocide memorial complex and the placement of a plaque.
Citizens of Scandinavian countries, as well as high-ranking guests from Sweden and Denmark will arrive in Armenia to participate in the event.
