Maximum nuclear danger
Another earthquake with a 6.3 magnitude struck northeast Japan this morning.
The Japanese government has raised the level of danger at "Fukusima-1" nuclear plant to a maximum of 7 after the March 11 earthquake and the tsunami that followed.
To this day, this level had only been registered during the incident that took place at Chernobyl nuclear plant in 1986. A level of 7 may lead to the gravest consequences for residents and the surrounding environment.
