Two convicts of Artik penitentiary institution, Arthur Gevorgyan and Armen Yengoyan, have sewn their lips as sign of protest against the prison administration, Gyumri based "Asbarez" Journalists' Club informed A1+.

Talking to A1+ Arsen Babayan, a spokesman for the Department of Penitentiaries at the Ministry of Justice dismissed the reports as untrue.
