Dundee Precious Metals Company COE in Kapan again
Dundee Precious Metals Company Executive VP and Chief Operating Officer Richard Howes (which owns 100% shares of Deno Gold Mining Company) has arrived in Kapan, EcoLur reports.
Richard Howes came together with George Mower, a specialist from Kanada, who is supposed to deal with Shahumyan opencast development mine project. On March 15, Richard Howes held a meeting with Syunik Region administration. In January 2011 Howes made a statement in reply to public protest against Shahumyan opencast development mine.
"If a decision is adopted on opencast development, the issue will be presented for wide-scale public discussion," he said.
