Armenian athletes to participate in European Youth Olympic Winter Festival
Armenian athletes will participate in the 2011 European Youth Olympic Winter Festival (EYOWF) that will take place between February 12-19 in Liberec, Czech Republic, the National Olympic Committee of Armenia reports.
The event will bring together representatives from 49 countries to compete in eight classic winter disciplines: alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ski-jumping, ice-skating, biathlon, ice hockey, Nordic combined and snowboarding.
Armenia will be represented by 10 sportspeople. The Armenian delegation will leave for Liberec on February 12.
