Executive committee session in Cyprus
Support A1+!While the Armenian national football team is currently holding trainings in Cyprus in preparation for the friendly match with the Georgian team on February 9, the Football Federation of Armenia held an outgoing executive committee session headed by FFA President Ruben Hayrapetyan, as reported by the FFA press service.
By the proposal of the FFA President, Armen Minasyan was confirmed as the first vice-president and Ashot Manukyan was appointed vice-president.
The executive committee changed the football players' transfer window time. Taking into account the periods for holding the 2011 championship of the highest group, the committee set the periods of 2 February-2 March and 1 June-23 August for the players' registration.
The committee also confirmed the names of the committee chairs and the groups of all the FFA committees:

The committee also confirmed the training headquarters for up-to 19 and 17-year old football players and the women's football teams. Varazdat Avetisyan was appointed chief coach of the team of 19-year old players and Vardan Bichakhchyan was appointed coach. Suren Chakhalyan will be heading the team of 17-year old players with the help of Roman Simonyan. Vagharshak Aslanyan will be heading the women's national football team once again.
However, the issue of the chief coach of the youth team remained unsolved.
