No changes are expected in Armenia-Egypt flights despite the tense political situation in Egypt, Tez Tour travel agency told A1+.

The next flight to Egypt is scheduled for February 5.

According to the agency, tourists are informed of the situation in Egypt. However, Hurghada and Sharm el-Sheikh are a long way from Cairo and the events will not affect the tourists.

Mika Intour travel agency carried out the last charter flight to Egypt on January 25. The agency added that tour packages are not well sold at this time of the year.

Thousands of people have gone to the street in Egypt to protest against President Hosni Mubarak. They camped out in the center of Cairo on Wednesday morning calling for President Hosni Mubarak to end his 30 years' rule. They demand that the authorities carry out economic and political reforms.

Democracy activist and former Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA, Mohamed ElBaradei, returned to Cairo from Vienna on Thursday evening to join the protesters in a fourth day of anti-government protests inspired by the revolt that toppled Tunisia's leader.

Seven people have died in Egypt during the clashes between demonstrators and riot police.
