Armenian chess team in the lead
Armenia's youth team celebrated victory in the first three rounds of the World Youth U16 Chess Olympiad going on in Burdur, Turkey.
The Armenian team defeated Turkmenistan 4:0, Portugal 4:0 and Russia 3:1 in the first three rounds.
After the third round, Armenia tops the standings with 11 points. In the fourth round, Armenia will rival Belarus, which is the second with 9 points.
