On November 24, the RA Court of Appeals will examine the appeal filed by the Lori province prosecutor against the verdict of justification released by the general jurisdiction court of Lori province.
On 2010 October 5, the general jurisdiction court of Lori province released Norik Poghosyan's verdict and acknowledged him as innocent.
Norik Poghosyan was charged with letting a resident of Alaverdi city pick leaves from the hemp plant illegally grown in the land near his home located in Metsavan village of Lori province on 2008 August 17.
Let us mention that Norik Poghosyan was in prison for a total of 1 year and 6 months.
