Car was hijacked and damaged
Last night at 12:30 a.m. police arrested Artur S. (born in 1964) at Leningradyan and Leninakan intersection. Artur S. is suspected of car theft.
It turns out that on October 11 at 8:30 p.m. he and a woman sat in a "VAZ-2107" taxi at the Shirak and Sharur intersection and headed towards Chekhov Street. After making the driver wait for two to three hours, they asked to walk to greet someone. The driver came back and saw that his car was gone.
The car was found damaged.
Preliminary investigation is underway, as reported by the police press service.
Train hit a car
On October 11 at 6:55 p.m. a train hit a "VAZ-2106" car at the passageway of the 3rd picket on the 593rd kilometer section of Masis-Artashat railway.
Driver Alik K. (born in 1983) was transferred to the central hospital in Masis city.
The facts are still being cleared up.
