Two to participate for the first time
Armenia's female wrestling team headed by chief trainer Artashes Nersisyan will leave for Antalia where it will take part in the world wrestling championship to be held from September 17 to 26.
Representing Armenia are 4 female athletes, including Ellen Grigoryan (53 kg weight category), Kristine Petrosyan (63 kg weight category), European champion Meline Daluzyan (69 kg weight category) and second world champion Hripsime Khurshudyan (+75 kg weight category).
The championship's organizing committee has already released the schedule of tournaments and the lists of participants. Ellen Grigoryan and Kristine Petrosyan are participating in the championship for the first time and will play in Group B. Ellen Grigoryan will enter the arena on September 18, while Kristine Petrosyan will enter on September 20.
Meline Daluzyan and Hripsime Khurshudyan are in Group A. Meline is scheduled for September 22 and Hripsime is scheduled for September 25.
