Twenty one goals were scored on the second day of the 1st round of the group tournaments of the European Champions League.
This time the English teams caught the eye. London's "Arsenal" taught Portugal's "Braga" a lesson on the home field after scoring 6 goals, while England's champion "Chelsea" destroyed Slovakia's champion "Zhilina" 4:1 in Bratislava.
The only "Armenian" team of the Champions' League-Donetsk's "Shakhtyor"-won Belgrade's "Partizan" 1:0. Croatian football player Dario Srna scored the only goal during the match with the Serbs. Armenian football player of Donetsk's "Shakhtyor", Henrich Mkhitaryan didn't take part in the match because the team's chief trainer Mircha Luchesku hadn't enlisted him at all.
The favorites of the tournaments, including Munich's "Bavaria", "Milan" and Madrid's "Real", won Italy's "Roma", France's "Oserin" and Holland's "Ayax" 2:0 respectively.
