28 days in prison without grounds
The group of public observers at the Penitentiaries of the RA Ministry of Justice sent an urgent report to the RA Minister of Justice on keeping RA citizen Sargis Poghosyan at the "Nubarashen" Penitentiary for 28 days without any grounds prescribed by the law. The report is released after the expiration prescribed by the law. A notice with the similar content has been sent to the RA Prosecutor General's Office as well.
