David Nalbandian won
Argentinean Armenian tennis player David Nalbandian is still performing well at Monte Carlo international competition with a prize fund worth 2.5 million dollars.
His game with Russian tennis player Mikhail Yuzhni in the 1/16 final round lasted 2 hours and 55 minutes. The winner was announced in the third round and the Argentinean tennis player scored the winning point at the tie-break with 4:6, 6:3 and 7:6 (7:5).
In the 1/8 finals, Nalbandian will face-off with Spanish Tommy Robredo who had won Argentinean Oracio Sebalios and Serbian Victor Troitski in the previous two rounds.
