Abraham left for the USA
Armenian professional boxer Artur Abraham left for the USA where he will continue to prepare for his duel with Andre Direl on March 6, as reported by German presses.
"I am extremely nervous before my trip to the USA," said Artur Abraham at the Berlin airport. "If you want to become a well-known boxer, you have to be successful in both hemispheres. My victory against Edison Miranda in 2008 goes to show that I had a good start in the US rings."
Accompanying Artur Abraham on his trip to Los Angeles is WBO world champion, heavyweight Marco Hook who is preparing to defend his title during the duel scheduled for March 13. The reason is that the latter's trainer is Artur Abraham's trainer, German expert Uli Wagner.
Tickets for the duel between Artur Abraham and Andre Direl are already on sale with prices ranging from 85 to 180 dollars.
