Another earthquake in Georgia
An earthquake measuring up to 4.1 in magnitude struck mountainous northwestern Georgia at 10.50 p.m. September 8 but caused no casualties or major damage, reports the National Seismic Service of the Republic of Armenia.
The epicentre of the earthquake was 75 km northeast of Kutaisi measuring 5-6 in magnitude.
Remind that a powerful earthquake measuring 8 on the Richter scale struck northern Georgia early on Tuesday, September 8.
The initial quake occurred at 2:41 a.m. and was centered 80 kilometers Northeast of Kutaisi. A magnitude 5.0 aftershock struck just minutes later.
No casualties or destructions were reported but a few cracks on the walls of houses.
