The "Nairit" factory is not producing anything at the moment and all assembly lines are under restoration, director of "Nairit"'s news service Anush Harutyunyan told "A1+".

"Production stopped after the explosion of that assembly line from where we receive our products and we decided to restore all the assembly lines."

According to nush Harutyunyan, there are no and won't be any lay-offs and only 500 out of 3,000 workers are temporarily unemployed.

As for "Nairit"'s trials, according to Anush Harutyunyan, 250 people are charged with taking money from "Nairit" and not returning it in different periods and now it's Chairman of the Armenian Liberal Ramkavar Party, head of the "Jankog-Kim" LTD Harutyun Arakelyan's turn.

"That case was going to be filed regardless of anything and now it is his turn," said Harutyunyan.

In response to the question as to why the trial is starting now when Harutyun Arakelyan is raising concerns over the problems facing "Nairit" and the Prime Minister's brother is working at the factory, Anush Harutyunyan said:

"The Prime Minister's brother also has the right to work and he was working there before the Prime Minister took office."

"Jankog-Kim" LTD owes "Nairit" 6.5 million drams and the case is currently in court and Harutyun Arakelyan is currently under persecution.
