RESTAURANTS LOWERED PRICES

In comparison with 2008, this year Armenian restaurants offer lower prices for a New Year feast. The highest price in Yerevan restaurants is 25 000 - 60 000 drams. Last year attendees had to pay 120000 drams per a person in Yerevan’s leading restaurants “Arkayadzor” and Bilajo.

“Nor Dzoraberd” is the only restaurant which has increased prices. The restaurant has fixed 40-60 000 drams for a person instead of the former 35-45 000.

“Latar” promises a unique party on December 31. The restaurant will invite retro musicians and give an extraordinary show. Visitors will have to pay 40-55 000 drams.

Yet, our restaurants are still unavailable for ordinary people as they hardly afford New Year expenses, let alone presents and table decorations.
