ARMENIAN CITIZENS DEPORTED FROM KUBAN AGAIN
Support A1+!The recurrent deportation of the Armenian citizens, who illegally lived in Russia was held in the town of Krasnodar, Yerkramas, the newspaper of Armenans of Russia reported. 9 Armenians were deported to homeland from the Krasnodar airport. From now on they will be deprived of the right to arrive in Russia within the next five years.
People, who arrive in Russia are to receive registration within 3 days. Non-fulfillment of this obligations threatens with minor penalty – 500 rubles. However there is another preventive punishment - administrative expulsion for a term of 1-5 years. When pronouncing judgment the Russian courts follow a corresponding Federal Law and the Administrative Code.
