On Friday, Refugees Forum consisting of 20 organizations protecting refugees held a news conference in Yerevan to keep the community in touch with the facts of eviction of the refugees from the places where they live.
The head of the government-affiliated unite on religion and ethnic minorities issues Hranush Kharatyan and the National Assembly’s councilor on refugees Boris Shahnazaryan were present at the news conference.
These representatives of legislative and executive institutions voiced their discontent at illegal court decisions on the eviction.
Hranush Kharatyan said the government is secretly privatizing the premises where the refugees live in favor to some persons.
Boris Shahnazaryan noted with satisfaction that four of those judges who made “illiterate and ridiculous decisions” have already fired.
