A1+ TV Company has filed suit against Radio and Television National Commission to the Economic Court trying to get the answer to that question.
The company demands to announce invalid the commission decision on 63 UHF.
A1+ justified its demand by the fact that Cinemax Company participated in a tender for that frequency, while Armnews, which has no registration by Justice Ministry, is mentioned in proposal package. Moreover, no application for registration has been submitted to Justice Ministry so far.
Another remarkable breach of the law is connected with Armnews contract with Euronews. The contract mentioned and cited in the tender proposal hadn’t been attached.
To the plaintiff’s question has any member of the commission ever seen the contract, the defense side answered “yes” after some hesitation.
