CONVICTS APPEAL TO HIGHER COURT FOR NEW DECISION
Support A1+!Armen Sargssyan, John Harutyunyan, Felix Arustamyan, Grigor Arustamyan and Gegham Shahbazyan, who were sentenced by the first instance court to different terms in jail for Tigran Naghdalyan murder, filed motions to Armenian Court of Appeal demanding rehearing the case.
The Appeal Court nominated Arshak Khachatryan as a presiding judge.
