HUNANYAN TRYING TO DELUDE COURT

Key defendant Nairi Hunanyan said at Wednesday’s hearing that the videotape doesn’t contain the episode of Vazgen Sargssyan killing and Karen Demirchyan was killed in crossfire.
Hunanyan also said Vazgen Sargssyan’s arrest not killing had been planned. In his words, “very important evidence” hasn’t been noticed either during preliminary inquiry or at judicial investigation. On October 27, Edik Grigoryan made a parliament house’s draft with ten actions pointed on it, Sargssyan said. The draft has been found by the police at Hunanyan’s apartment during search. In his opinion, the draft contains a clear indication that killings have not been planned.
Prosecutor Gagik Avetisyan objected saying the prosecution did take into account the document. “It was an attempt to delude us. Hunanyan has deliberately left the draft at home”, he said.
