TRIAL ON 27 TH THE OCTOBER TERACT CASE CONTINUES

Today Vram Galstyan, the defendant on 27-th the October teract case said he wanted to make a statement and asked the victims' assignees to be present. Aram Sargsyan, Samvel Demirchyan and Armenak Armenakyan's widow came to the Court.

As soon as the trial began Vram Galstyan solicited for only the trial participants' staying in the Court Hall. The Court granted the solicitation.

Before the trial would finish Karen Demirchyan's son and his assignee left the Court Hall. In reply to "Ayb-Fe" News Agency reporter's question "Was your presence of any sense?" Samvel Demirchyan shook his head.

As advocate Ashot Sargsyan said, the defendant had told he had been pressured and tortured.

As Armenakyan's widow said, Vram Galstyan had insisted that Armenak Armenakyan had been killed by Karen Hunanyan.

The defendant also asserts that the teract main organizers were Hunanyan brothers. Edik Grigoryan as well had been privy to the crime. Galstyan's testimony put Edik Grigoryan in a grave position.

As Galstyan said Hunanyan brothers and Edik Grigoryan had met many times since September. Edik Grigoryan carried on talks in Parliament Hall.The defendant had told that Hunanyan brothers as well as Grigoryan couldn't have organized the teract alone.

The closed-door-session participants refused to go into details on the trial. But they asserted nothing new had been told, everything had been already known.
