FELIKS KHACHATRYAN TO APPLY TO PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE
Support A1+!Feliks Khachatryan, the “Justice Bloc” member to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) stated that the 12 May elections were conducted with frauds and brings cases. The former methods of rigging preserved. However, he observed new ones aimed at “buying electorate”.
“1643 voters were registered at electoral district 39. About 1662 ballot papers were distributed to the district. I wonder of all of them were used. According to the signatures, 910 people voted at the above-mentioned electoral district”, a proxy of the “Justice Block” told Feliks Khachatryan.
He demanded to make a record on it, but his request was turned down. He was obliged to steal the voting list. About 91 votes in favor of the “Armenian Republican Party” were missing in another district.
The CEC gave over 61 000 ballot papers to electoral district 15. After the elections 59 728 ballot papers were handed in. “Where are the remaining ballot papers?”
He also presented some voting lists in which the time of voting was noted alongside with voters' passport data. Mr Khachatryan is going to submit these facts to the RA Prosecutor’s Office, to the US Embassy and to the international observers
