OSKANYAN DOES NOT KNOW WHAT WILL BE DISCUSSED
Support A1+!After the Bucharest meeting of Robert Kocharyan and Ilham Aliev the settlement of the Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk group was cast doubt on. Tomorrow RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan will meet Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov. The Foreign Minister reminded that after the Bucharest meeting the co-chairs announced they may organize a new meeting of the Presidents, if they find it necessary.
Although Mr. Oskanyan is hopeful about tomorrow's meeting, he found it hard to say if the Presidents will meet after the meeting of the Foreign Ministers. «I think we will try to discuss the same issues and find a common language about them. We have said more than once that there are many positive elements as well as unsolved problems which we are working on at present. We must do everything in order to make use of the chance».
Mr. Oskanyan found it hard to predict if his meeting with the Azeri Foreign Minister will contribute to the organization of another meeting of the Presidents and confessed, «I'm not well aware of the agenda and format of tomorrow's meeting». That is to say, Vardan Oskanyan is unaware of not only the issues to be discussed, but also of the possibility of the presence of the co-chairs.
