CoE CALLS TO SAY “YES” TO CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS

Mr. Russell expressed opinion on the constitutional amendments. “I have studies the project and I think that a balance is preserved in the order of the appointment of judges by the NA and President. Freedom of speech is also secured. Thus, my attitude is positive.
When Mr. Russel was reminded that foreign citizens have no right to agitate , he said, “It is not correct to say “yes” or “no”. The people can vote against the constitutional amendments, but it would be an achievement in democracy.
It is remarkable that Mr. Russell assessed the amendments without familiarizing with the final text of the document.
