DID FINANCING FROM OUTSIDE START?
Support A1+!Chairman of Human Rights and Democracy party Ruben Torosyan addressed head of the Armenian state taxation service Felix Tsolakyan and pointed out to the lawless actions taken place recently.
Several days ago chairman of the Union of Armenians of Russia donated funds to the Ramkarav-Azatakan and ARFD parties. On this occasion Ruben Torosyan reminded the state structures of the Article 25 of the RA law «On Parties», which bans the parties to accept any donations from foreign citizens or juridical persons. In case of receiving any donation the party is obliged to return it to the donator within 2 weeks after the day of receipt.»
Ruben Torosyan also expressed wish to be informed of the measures undertaken by the taxation service to prevent consequences of these violations.
