Today a recurrent OSCE monitoring is to be held at the contact line of the armed forces of the NKR and Azerbaijan. The monitoring will be conducted in the direction of Mardakert.

Private representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk will take part in the observation from the Azeri party.
