This is the position of the official Russia about the Karabakh conflict settlement, about which the authorised representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has told Azerbaijani mass media while highlighting the aims of the visit of the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergei Lavrov. Lavrov has come to Baku, where issues about both the bilateral relations and Karabakh conflictwill be discussed.
