Armenian National Assembly Speaker Artur Baghdasaryan accepted the proposal of Justice and National Unity blocs and called all the parliamentary forces to take part in political discussions on constitutional changes to be held February 13.

Let us remind that Justice bloc secretary Victor Dallakyan told Artur Baghdasaryan that they will participate in the debates only in case the coalition accepts their proposals in a package variant but not partly. It is interesting to know whether NA Speaker took this fact into consideration as the formal statement says that Artur Baghdasaryan followed Article 18 of the RA legislation on “NA Regulations”
