PARLIAMENT SHOWED A GOOD WILL

The fact that discussion on 2005 state budget continued in Parliament today was display of the good will by Parliament Speaker Arthur Baghdasaryan. He thinks discussion might fail.
Under the order, the state budget bill is discussed in Parliament in presence of Government members. When MPs registered and the activity started today, none of Government representatives came to Parliament during 1-hour-long discussion.
Discussion on 2005 state budget has ended at the first stage in Parliament. Most probably, one more special session will be necessary to hold to give the document its second and third readings to finally pass it. Within 24 coming hours MPs must represent Parliament staff their proposals in written on 2005 budget and then the suggestions must be sent to Government.
Calculation of the cited time started at 11:20 AM when the discussions finished in the first reading. The paper amended upon the suggestions will be introduced to Parliament when it decides timely.
