How does ULP Chair Gurgen Arsenyan view the calls over national revolution? He thinks that the 20th century was the one for revolutions and it has passed. The persons urging on revolutions now “are the representatives of special services of other states working for a miserable budget”, he labels.

As a citizen of Armenia, Arsenyan says he wouldn’t like Armenia to reach the brink that irrespective of the person Armenian President resigned.

According to Arsenyan, he wasn’t for resignation of even Levon Ter-Petrosyan. As to Robert Kocharyan, ULP seconded his candidacy in the presidential elections in 2003.
