A BILL PASSED
Support A1+!Parliament sitting started with participation of 97 MPs. Issues in the agenda and the legislative initiatives of last week were voted.
At the 1st stage Parliament passed the bill on making changes and amendments to “Electoral Code” by 95 pros, 0 con and 0 abstaining. There are omissions in the bill yet. In particular, the political powers in Parliament haven’t come to terms on proportional and majority election procedures.
MPs decided to solve the issue in their own way – to pass the bill in the 1st stage and then to eliminate the shortcomings.
As usual Sitting Hall became deserted after the voting. In the half-deserted hall Agriculture Minister David Loqyan continued representing the bill on making an amendment to “Administrative Law Violation Code”.
